This morning, the Harvard team has arrived in Oita safe and sound. Every member is excited and cannot wait to hang around to explore new things about Japan and Japanese people. Recognizing their great enthusiasm, the summer camp team decided to welcome the Harvard students with a heartwarming lunch. The first meal of the students coming from Harvard was loaded with joy and enthusiasm when they got the chance to try out decent Japanese food and associate with their new Japanese friends from the summer camp.
After refilling enough energy, all Harvard students are ready to start off their discovery in Japan by getting acquainted with Japanese. The short but interesting learning session really fired these students with enormous enthusiasm and passion. The first day so far has been amazing. We all look forward to having endless fun with these talented and friendly students during the summer camp.
