国東市とのコラボセミナーには22名の中学生が参加し、7月16日の事前英語講座では、廣津留真理さんがAPUの学生アシスタントと一緒に、英語のリーディング・ライティング・スピーキングの各レベルに応じた演習を行いました。国東市の学生は8月10日に、ハーバード大学の学生・を迎えて、取り組んだ英語の作文を発表する予定です。
On July 16, Summer in JAPAN (SIJ) successfully held Summer in JAPAN 2022’s Pre-Seminar session in Kunisaki city. SIJ 2022, scheduled to be held from July 29 till August 12, will be inviting students from Harvard University as instructors.
22 students participated in the Pre-Seminar session conducted by SIJ founder Mari Hirotsuru who underwent exercises ranging from different levels of English reading, writing, and speaking skills with APU student staff members. The students from Kunisaki will be presenting their English writings on August 10 respectively, with Harvard University students in attendance.
