今年のSIJ開会式には多様なゲストをお迎えし、佐藤市長やPwCの下地様、昨年参加したSIJの生徒さんや代表の廣津留真理から参加者に向けて激励の言葉が送られました。
プレゼンテーションのコーナーでは、文化や旅、コンサルタントの仕事のお話など多岐にわたるお話を聞きました。
LAクラスとワークショップではチームUSAが参加者と仲良くなり、楽しい一日目となりました！
During the Opening Ceremony, SIJ had the opportunity to hear from a diverse set of speakers including the Mayor of Oita city, Mari Hirotsuru, members of Team USA/Oita, a returning SIJ student, and more. Presentations covered a wide range of topics, from the goals of SIJ, to culture, to consulting. Afterwards, Team USA had a wonderful time getting to know their Language Arts and Workshop Classes today with fun ice breakers and the first day of class!
