LA1クラスではこれまでに物語を自分の言葉で想像力豊かに創る練習をしました。「ゴルディロックスと3匹のくま」や「あかずきんちゃん」など有名な童話を受講生に教えながら私も、森に迷い込んだ赤ずきんちゃんのように読者を「森」の奥深くに迷い込ませる文学の素晴らしさを再認識しました。（Ton-Nu）
Learning the fundamentals of language arts is so fun! Our focus is on storytelling. Everyday, we practice telling a story expressively with our own voice, as well as using our imagination to write up the most fantastical story we can. We revisited children’s stories classics like Goldilocks and Red Riding Hood. Reading these stories again reminded me of a function of literature, which is to delay and to suspend the reader in an enchanted “forest” where they can forget about time, like little Red. (Ton-Nu)
