“The final presentation was a wonderful celebration of the kids’ hard work and talent. Hearing the kids share the complex ideas they learned over the week was amazing. I was especially proud of my performing arts students, who performed plays that they had written with costumes and backdrops they picked or made themselves- it was so gratifying to see them come alive for an audience and bring a new level of humor and emotion to their pieces.
