Team USA had 2 personal training sessions from Justin Wataru, a CEO of Studio navigate and the winner of 2017 Personal Trainer of the year in Japan.

After the first training session, team USA definitely felt the results of Justin’s training and were still sore when they showed up to their second training session.

During the second training session, team USA not only went through an intense workout, but also participated in a lower body and upper body competition. Grace won the lower body competition while Sam won the upper body competition – they each won a pair of sunglasses!
