Your registration will be considered complete upon confirmation of payment. In the event of cancellation after the application has been completed due to circumstances on the participant’s side, the tuition fee will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.

If the Summer School must be cancelled by our organization due to unavoidable circumstances such as typhoons, earthquakes, fires, or other natural disasters, all participants whose registrations have been completed will be notified, and the tuition fee will be refunded after deducting the bank transfer fee.
