Language Arts (LA)

“The teachers at SIJ are amazing. We got to learn about their lifestyles, school and learn about what we should do in the future. This really helps me to improve my understanding of not only English, but also a lot of other things.”
“Every day I write sentences while learning the essay techniques with the Harvard students. I think that my writing skill has improved a lot.”
Public Speaking

“I think this class is very interesting, and because it is interesting I can learn quickly and I can learn more. The instructors are really enthusiastic, so I’m more encouraged to speak in public.”
Academic Writing

“I was mainly taught about how to write sentences. Because the level was much higher than the class in the morning, it was hard to follow. However, I was able to learn a lot of things; not only essays, but also how to write a report, how to draw readers’ interests, and it was so much fun.”
Performing Arts

“I learned a lot from the class, the instructors were fun and helpful. It was difficult for us to think about the content and dialogue of the plays sometimes.”
Computer Science

“I think CS is good and suitable for me. The teachers’ explanation is so simple that I can understand easily, and the class level is just right for me. There are things that I couldn’t learn from school but I am taught here, such as Binary”
