Events

– Cultural Exchange / Instructors’ presentations: Team USA (American university student instructors) shares their life stories with the participating students and their parents at the end of the day.
– The 5th Outreach Education Program “Kunisaki×Harvard” Team USA engages local students in Kunisaki Peninsula with English writing and public speaking.
– The 1st Outreach Education Program “SWIM (Summer Workshop for Immersive Multiculturalism)” in Oita City officially started collaborating with SIJ, and launched the first global education program in English.
– The 7th SIJ Classical Concert, “Sumire Hirotsuru and her Harvard friends” Violinist Sumire and other Harvard students perform a wide variety of music and theater works from all over the world.
– SIJ 1-Day Session, 4 members of Team USA teach a group of students how to fully express their own ideas in writing and how to make a convincing speech in public.
– SIJ for Family, 4 members of Team USA members tell stories to kids and teach how to express their own ideas in writing.
