Today, I was able to participate in a cultural exchange, sharing my journey to Harvard with the students. I talked about my immigration journey and how growing up in a rural village in Nepal inspired me to pursue global health as a career, and to study Bioengeneering in college. I also talked about some of the fun traditions I have participated in at Harvard, and the amazing opportunities that I have had the privilege of accessing during college. The kids were very receptive and excited about learning about life in college across the world which I’m really grateful for.
