SIJ students participated in a lecture with College Admissions Counselor Ben Sorkin, who shares information about applying to universities outside of Japan and how to practice personal statement and narrative writing skills. The values of SIJ attract students who are perfect for international education opportunities, and Benβs lecture provided insights into trends in higher education, application components and requirements, and the advantages of studying abroad. By learning more about effective personal narrative and application statement writing, SIJ students are one step closer to being able to apply and be accepted to international programs later on!
