Business incentives, relocation grants, and cultural events to stop the outflow.
④ Reviving Funai Castle
Multilingual guides, lantern walks, and kimono rentals to boost tourism.
Elementary through high schoolers teamed up under Harvard mentors. Full English lessons in research, interviews, data analysis, debate, and conclusions. Real growth in both critical thinking and public speaking.
